IIT Baba, whose original name is Abhay Singh, was recently arrested in Jaipur for carrying ganja (a narcotic material) in some amount.
According to Jaipur Police, they received information from the control room that IIT Baba would attempt suicide. When police reached the destination, they found he was in an unconscious condition and found a small packet of ganja.
According to police, due to the Anti-Piece Act, he got arrested but was easily bailed after an investigation into a small amount of ganja.
After all this stuff, IIT Baba gave an interview to reporters that suicidal news is completely fake news, but the real is only that I found it with ganja; if it is illegal, then all people in Maha Kumbh are criminals.
